These Terms of Service below govern all the legal stuff between us and apply to your use of the Services on all platforms, such as websites, mobile apps, smart TVs, interactive toasters (you laugh, but they’re coming), etc. Our company name is The BLVD, Inc. We also refer to ourselves as sub.club. When referring to you we refer to… well… we will just say “you.” By using our “Services” you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms. Please read them super carefully. In addition to these Terms of Service, we also have a Privacy Policy and other policies that apply to your use of our Services, which are incorporated into these terms (collectively, these “Terms”).

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING ARBITRATION FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS: WHEN YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS YOU ARE AGREEING TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND US THROUGH BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN COURT. PLEASE REVIEW CAREFULLY THE “ARBITRATION” SECTION BELOW FOR DETAILS REGARDING ARBITRATION.

1. Who We Are: We are The BLVD, Inc. We operate sub.club. Our Services may also include access to certain software, features, and content that you can purchase from us or others.

2. Agreement to Terms. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree to be bound by these Terms, do not use the Services.

3. Payments and sub.club

1. We use Stripe as our payment processor. All payments are processed securely through Stripe's platform.
2. You must provide accurate and complete payment information. You are responsible for any charges incurred on your account.
3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction at our discretion.
4. You agree to comply with Stripe's terms of service and acceptable use policy. We may share necessary payment information with Stripe to process your transactions.
5. For recurring payments or subscriptions, you authorize us to charge your payment method on an ongoing basis until canceled.
6. We are not responsible for any errors or issues with the payment processing service provided by Stripe.
7. You must be at least 18 years old to use our payment services.
8. We may modify these payment terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
